{"id":45,"date":"2019-05-04T16:50:09","date_gmt":"2019-05-04T10:50:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.hcr.com.mx\/?p=41"},"modified":"2019-08-30T19:29:54","modified_gmt":"2019-08-30T13:29:54","slug":"jefe-ideal-para-los-millennials","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/hcr.com.mx\/home\/2019\/05\/04\/jefe-ideal-para-los-millennials\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfJefe ideal para los millennials?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ok ok primero que nada \u00bfQu\u00e9 es un millenial?<\/p>\n<p>Es aquel tipo de persona que lleg\u00f3 a su etapa adulta despu\u00e9s del a\u00f1o 2000, justo con el cambio de siglo, a su vez, posee caracter\u00edsticas particulares, tales como: personalidad de descontento y amor por la tecnolog\u00eda,&nbsp;cabe mencionar que las edades de los Millennial rondan entre los 15 y 29 a\u00f1os, tambi\u00e9n son conocidos como los hijo de la generaci\u00f3n del Baby Boom.<\/p>\n<p>Ya hablaremos de ellos en otro post.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-42\" src=\"http:\/\/hcr.com.mx\/home\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/Millennial-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"476\" height=\"317\"><\/p>\n<p>Ahora s\u00ed, una vez que sabemos que son los millenials \u00bfCu\u00e1l ser\u00e1 el jefe ideal?<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo a sus caracter\u00edsticas los millenials buscan l\u00edderes que sean capaces de establecer una relaci\u00f3n de amistad con ellos, que los apoyen, los inspiren &nbsp;e impulsen dentro y fuera de la &nbsp;oficina, de acuerdo con un estudio realizado por la firma de reclutamiento Hays.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cDebemos hacer un equipo entre todos, unos tienen la experiencia y el colmillo, y nosotros traemos la habilidades y las tecnolog\u00edas\u201d<\/em>, manifiesta un joven de 27 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>Este cambio sin duda tiende a beneficiar a las empresas, ya que de acuerdo con el estudio, dentro de los pr\u00f3ximos 10 a\u00f1os, esta generaci\u00f3n abarcar\u00e1 el 70% de la poblaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3micamente activa.<\/p>\n<p>Lamentablemente, 52% de las compa\u00f1\u00edas en M\u00e9xico no posee lo necesario para atraer y retener a esta generaci\u00f3n que se caracteriza por su impaciencia&nbsp;al momento de generar cambios dentro de la forma tradicional de laborar.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl cambio y la flexibilidad de una empresa para atraer y retener a la generaci\u00f3n millennial<em>, <\/em>viene desde arriba. Si los directivos que est\u00e1n liderando empresas, no son impulsores de este cambio, la empresa no va a cambiar\u201d, apunta Mara Ballesteros, manager de la divisi\u00f3n de ventas y mercadotecnia de la firma de reclutaci\u00f3n de personal.<\/p>\n<p>Se estima que 48% de esta generaci\u00f3n busca formar su propia empresa con ayuda de la experiencia adquirida en su lugar de trabajo, para despu\u00e9s independizarse y competir incluso con sus jefes actuales.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cGran parte de la falta de esta generaci\u00f3n es que queremos y buscamos todo. Si no lo tenemos en una empresa nos vamos a otra, y si tampoco lo encontramos, nos volvemos a la siguiente\u201d<\/em>, menciona uno de los encuestados por Hays.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe se\u00f1alar que&nbsp;existen empresas,&nbsp;mayor mente en el sector&nbsp;tecnol\u00f3gico, que est\u00e1n sumando a esta generaci\u00f3n de&nbsp;j\u00f3venes. Se puede decir que&nbsp;m\u00e1s de la mitad de todas las empresas en este sector tienen en su plantilla un alto porcentaje de trabajadores millenials<em>, <\/em>que va de 40% a 80%.<\/p>\n<p><em>As\u00ed que amigo millenial hay mucha oportunidad en este sector<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Recomendaciones de Hays para las empresas<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Adaptarse y flexibilizarse<\/strong> <strong>en su forma de pensar.<\/strong> Necesitan verlos como una generaci\u00f3n que aporta nuevas ideas, sobre todo en la parte tecnol\u00f3gica y en la forma de hacer negocios.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Promover la convivencia entre jefes y trabajadores. <\/strong>Se recomienda que los primeros dediquen cierto tiempo a conocer m\u00e1s a sus empleados, que conozcan a la persona que se encuentra detr\u00e1s del uniforme. \u00ad\u00ad<\/li>\n<li><strong>Necesitan crear planes de carrera acelerados.<\/strong> No necesariamente aumentos de salarios, pero s\u00ed rotarles en diferentes \u00e1reas, asignarles nuevos proyectos, as\u00ed como delegar responsabilidades de mayor peso sobre ellos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Crear grupos de trabajo multigeneracionales.<\/strong> Las empresas necesitan generar la convivencia entre los distintos grupos generacionales.<\/li>\n<li><strong>El cambio debe de venir de arriba. <\/strong>Los directivos deben de romper con la forma tradicional de operar dentro de la empresa. Esta generaci\u00f3n tiende a buscar lugares donde puedan aportar sus ideas y ser reconocidos por ello.
